How the Biggest Loser Club Works
The Biggest Loser Club works by helping you to lose weight along with the participants in the NBC TV show by using their same strategies, secrets and motivational tips to success. It’s a fun ‘diet party’ that you can watch on TV, and the only one where you do your best to be a Loser!

Program Background

Their years of experience helping severely overweight people experience dramatic weight loss are put to the test in this show focused on showing dramatic weight loss through its contestants participation in specifically targeted exercise and diet programs. Today, viewers nationwide rejoice with the weight loss success stories of participants that have elected to let their journey to better health and happiness be recorded live for national TV in the reality show ‘The Biggest Loser.’
Success Stories
Heather’s Problem: Heather was extremely discouraged about her massively overweight frame, carrying 227 pounds at just 5′ 6″ tall. Tired of fad diets and convinced it was never going to change, she was completely discouraged and struggling with an extremely negative self-image.
