There are a number of differing Weight Watchers plans to choose from, but most likely you will want to being with the original plan. Weight Watchers begins by asking you to attend a weekly meeting in your community. Each week you check your weight privately, so you can track you success easily. At these group sessions you will meet other people sharing similar experiences and dealing with similar frustrations. You form a support network and work with a trained Meeting Leader who provides emotional support and motivation, as well as important fitness and nutritional information.
In addition, there is a Weight Watchers community online at weightwatchers.com which members are encouraged to join. With the advent of internet technology, members can monitor their progress from the comfort of their homes. Online, you can form additional virtual support groups and conveniently access hundreds of approved recipes! Eating healthy does not mean eating only salads for life! How Does Weight Watchers Work?
Weight Watchers built their innovative diet program around the core concept of a points system. They evaluated the nutritional value of each food, and then assigned a point value to everything! The point value for a food is determined by its fiber content, amount of fat, and amount of calories.

Judy’s Weight Watchers Success Story
